  • Representing the buy-side: preparation of the acquisition of a domestic company with a long history of manufacturing precision CNC parts for the aerospace, energy and healthcare sectors, and designing, as well as designing and executing automotive production lines. Financial due diligence. Identification of operational risks. Proposals for risk management. Company valuation (including the quantification of the impact of risks on enterprise value) 
     

  • Representation of the buy-side: development of an acquisition strategy for one of the largest domestic manufacturers and distributors of cosmetic products. Identification of potential acquisition targets. Coordinating the acquisition process of the target company. Representing the buyer in obtaining a loan to finance the purchase price. 
     

  • Representing the sell-side: preparing the sale of one of the largest groups of dental practices in the country. Optimization of financial processes, remediation of operational anomalies. Identifying measures to improve effectiveness and efficiency. Coordinate the implementation of the measures.
